Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional transformation, modernization, operating model, workforce evolution, organizational change, or adoption initiatives.
• Experience translating business objectives into scalable analytics, workflow, and technology capabilities and establishing governance frameworks or standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics modernization strategy, governance, and enterprise productivity initiatives across the US Insights & Analytics organization.
• Partner with AI & Platform Products within Strategy, Platforms & Technology to transform analytics workflows and adoption strategies.
• Define and maintain modernization roadmaps, backlog, prioritization, and value realization processes.
