Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
Proven history defining and executing analytics strategies, roadmaps, and investments across multiple domains.
Experience leading senior capability owners and globally distributed analytics teams.
Strong expertise in predictive modeling, NLP, GenAI, unstructured data analytics.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the Advanced Analytics & Modeling strategy and roadmap.
Lead portfolio across Precision Health and analytics domains.
Establish governance and standards for analytic rigor and responsible AI.
Coordinate with Strategy, Platforms & Technology to scale models into products.
Develop and coach Associate Directors and global delivery teams.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate priorities into actionable analytics agendas.
