Job summary

Horace Mann seeks a strategic leader to guide analytical engineering and translate business priorities into a data roadmap. You will align initiatives with enterprise data strategies and advise senior leadership.

You will define standards for data modeling, quality, CI/CD, and observability, oversee reusable analytical products and governed metrics, and coach technical professionals to drive measurable business impact while championing modernization with Snowflake, dbt, Python and Power BI.
