Job description

The Director of Analyst Relations owns the day-to-day execution of iQor's analyst relations program: briefing coordination, evaluation cycle participation, sentiment tracking, and relationship stewardship across iQor's active and target analyst and advisory firms. This is an execution-focused role, and the ideal candidate is organized, relationship-savvy, and comfortable managing a high volume of firm relationships, briefing logistics, and RFI/evaluation submissions with consistency and rigor.

The ideal candidate is a strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complex business, financial, operational, and technology concepts into clear, credible, and differentiated messaging for analyst and investor audiences. This individual will help shape compelling narratives that articulate iQor’s strategy, capabilities, market position, and business outcomes across analyst evaluations, briefing presentations, and ongoing AR communications.

This role reports into the Business Amplification and Strategic Communications organization, who set overarching strategy, priorities, and the connection between AR and iQor's broader competitive intelligence, market research, and executive communications work. The Senior Manager or Director executes against the strategy and surfaces analyst intelligence, sentiment shifts, and relationship risks for synthesis into broader intelligence and executive communications.

Key Responsibilities
Analyst Relations Execution
  • Manage iQor’s day-to-day relationships with active and target analyst firms, including Everest Group, NelsonHall, Frost & Sullivan, HFS Research, Forrester, Opus Research, ISG, Avasant, and others, ensuring consistent engagement and timely follow-through on all commitments.
  • Lead end-to-end analyst briefings and evaluation cycles, including content development, RFI and data submissions, executive preparation, scheduling, facilitation, follow-up, and outcome tracking.
  • Develop and refine analyst-facing data and messaging for RFI evaluation submissions, briefing presentations, executive talking points, follow-up communications, and other AR materials.
  • Partner with business, finance, operations, technology, marketing, and executive stakeholders to gather inputs and translate them into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives tailored to analyst audiences.
  • Create briefing storylines and presentation content that connect iQor’s strategy, capabilities, proof points, client outcomes, and competitive differentiation into a cohesive and credible market narrative.
  • Adapt messaging based on the audience, engagement objective, analyst perspective, and level of subject-matter expertise, while maintaining a consistent overarching iQor narrative.
  • Review analyst-facing content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, tone, and alignment with approved corporate, financial, and market positioning.
  • Prepare executive speakers for analyst engagements by developing talking points, anticipated questions, supporting proof points, and clear guidance on key messages and areas of sensitivity.
  • Support the AR track for the annual Analyst Day event; coordinate analyst participation in Client Advisory Board (CAB) sessions, webinars, and key industry events.
  • Monitor analyst publications and event commentary for iQor mentions, competitor positioning, and market sentiment; flag material shifts promptly.
  • Surface analyst feedback, evaluation results, and relationship intelligence in formats that feed directly into the broader competitive/market intelligence and executive communications picture.
  • Manage AR-related vendor relationships, firm subscriptions, and day-to-day program administration within the budget set. Escalate scope, budget, or relationship risks.
Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of direct Analyst Relations experience, including multi-firm relationship management, briefing coordination, and evaluation cycle participation (RFI responses, briefing presentations, executive prep).
  • Experience in the BPO, CX outsourcing, or adjacent professional services industry strongly preferred; familiarity with the analyst landscape in this space is a meaningful advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent relationships, briefings, and submissions with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and craft clear, persuasive messaging for external analyst and investor audiences.
  • Experience preparing analyst briefing materials and executive participation in analyst engagements.
  • Confidence communicating with senior executives and external stakeholders, including facilitating discussions, providing constructive content guidance, and helping speakers communicate complex messages effectively.
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail, including the ability to challenge unclear claims, identify unsupported messaging, and ensure communications are accurate, credible, and consistent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. High degree of discretion in managing confidential analyst intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred
  • Existing relationships with analysts at Everest Group, NelsonHall, Frost & Sullivan, HFS Research, Forrester, ISG, or comparable CX/BPO-focused firms.
  • Experience supporting a major analyst event (Analyst Day or similar).
  • Six Sigma, PMP, or other process/project management credential a plus.
