**Director Americas HR Partner/Employee Relations (United States - North Carolina)**

As the America's Regional and Employee Relations leader, this individual will lead a team of Employee Relations experts. We seek a strong candidate capable of providing strategic guidance in developing and implementing employee relations strategies, policies, and programs. This position plays a key role in transforming and building the Employee Relations Center of Excellence. Collaboration with leadership, legal, HR teams, and other stakeholders is essential to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement a strategy to centralize and optimize employee relations across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement innovative policies, procedures, practices, and tools to promote productive working relationships.
  3. Establish metrics and measures of success aligned with business outcomes. Analyze trends and leverage data to educate business leaders. Measure the performance of the employee relations center.
  4. Build and lead a team of highly motivated and knowledgeable employee relations experts. Provide coaching and leadership to staff.
  5. Influence senior leaders toward optimal employee relations solutions.
  6. Understand business unit and organizational culture; initiate change and improve employee relations practices for organizational benefit.
  7. Partner with inside and outside counsel to develop resolution strategies for employee relations concerns. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  8. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring clear communication to employees and managers.
Experience:
  1. Minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience, including two years in employee relations or equivalent through training and education.
  2. At least 5 years of management responsibility.
  3. Strong business knowledge and understanding of organizational and functional areas.
  4. Experience building and managing a centralized employee relations discipline.
  5. Working knowledge of labor and employment regulations.
  6. Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  7. Experience in a shared services or Center of Excellence model preferred.
  8. Excellent people management skills fostering collaboration, inclusion, and engagement.
  9. Experience with Global Employee Relations is a plus.
Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge.

**Pay Range:** $150,000-$170,000 (excluding benefits, bonus, commission, or equity)

**Benefits:** Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), and Company bonus, based on skills and experience. Details available upon request.
