A leading company is seeking an Employee Relations leader to develop and implement strategies for a positive work environment. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Candidates should have extensive HR experience and strong leadership skills.
As the America's Regional and Employee relations leader, this individual will lead a team of Employee Relations experts. We are looking for a strong candidate with proving ability to provide strategic guidance in developing and implementing employee relations strategies, policies and programs. This position is actively involved in transforming and building the Employee Relations Center of Excellence. You will collaborate with leadership, legal, HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

Pay Range: $150,000-$170,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
