What You'll Do

Reporting to the Global VP of People, you will manage a global team of experts focused on performance, succession, and early talent development. This role is built for a leader who sees gaps, solves problems, and enables people to deliver better results every day.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Lead company-wide performance and promotion processes, ensuring expectations are clear, high performers are recognized, and career growth is visible.
  • Build robust succession plans for critical roles, helping leaders identify and prepare future talent to meet our needs.
  • Partner on organizational design efforts to support faster decisions, reduce complexity, and reinforce accountability across teams.
  • Own early career programs—including interns and new grads—connecting emerging talent with meaningful work, feedback, and clear paths for growth.
  • Define and close skill gaps by aligning learning efforts to the capabilities that matter most for individual and team performance.
  • Improve talent systems and programs using data, feedback, and insights—ensuring they are easy to use and deliver results.
  • Leverage Workday and other platforms to streamline execution, and explore AI and automation to enhance decision-making and simplify processes.
  • Lead a high-performing team that takes ownership, moves quickly, and keeps learning.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • You have 12–15+ years of experience in talent management or organizational effectiveness, including 5+ years leading global or enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • You’ve built and led high-impact programs in performance management, career development, internal mobility, and early career talent.
  • You bring deep experience in org design and workforce planning with a track record of aligning structure to strategy.
  • You’re data-minded and fluent in using insights to guide prioritization, simplify systems, and improve outcomes.
  • You’re highly skilled in HR platforms like Workday and understand how to make them work for employees and managers.
  • You lead with ownership, curiosity, and a drive for simplicity—known for solving problems, building strong teams, and making things better every day.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
