Job summary

Salisbury University is seeking a Director of Alumni Engagement to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive alumni program. You will communicate with alumni and university constituents to generate support and engagement across departments.

The role requires 5–7 years in higher education alumni work, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, exempt position with comprehensive benefits in Salisbury, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–7 years in alumni engagement or related higher education field.
• Leadership roles in enrollment, development, annual giving or stewardship.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer and implement the university's alumni engagement program to engage alumni and supporters.
• Report to AVP Alumni Engagement & Advancement; supervise two direct reports and manage budget analyses.
• Collaborate with campus partners to secure support from alumni, parents, students, and faculty.
