Job summary

Larson Capital Management LLC seeks a Director, Alternative Investment Specialist to serve as the embedded product expert for the internal wealth advisor network. The role centers on enabling advisors to understand, position, and recommend LCM's alternative investment offerings, with emphasis on private real estate.

The director will attend client meetings, lead educational sessions, and translate complex fund structures into clear narratives for advisor and client audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating complex investment concepts clearly to advisors and clients.
• Ability to develop advisor education sessions and materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded alternative investment subject matter expert in advisor network and attend client meetings.
• Enable advisors to position and recommend investment offerings with deep product knowledge.
• Develop trusted relationships with advisors to increase engagement and allocation.
• Translate complex strategies into advisor-ready messaging for client audiences.
• Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops on product mechanics and risk.
