The role requires a track record of managing diverse asset classes, strong financial modeling skills, and leadership capabilities to guide a high-performing team. Travel is expected as part of investor relations and oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in asset management with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing diverse asset portfolios including real estate, equities, and fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to optimize portfolio value and performance.
• Oversee and mentor a team of asset managers; provide guidance and performance reviews.
• Establish asset management policies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and conditions to identify acquisition or disposition opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal to align strategies with goals.
• Monitor asset performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Lead negotiations with third‑party managers, leasing agents, and contractors.
• Develop and manage the asset management budget with cost control.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset performance and efficiency.
• Engage with investors to communicate strategies and outcomes.
• Integrate sustainability practices into asset management activities.
