Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in asset management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing diverse asset portfolios including real estate, equities, and fixed income.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for the portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of asset managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for acquisition, improvement, or disposition.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal to align strategies with goals.
• Monitor asset performance and prepare reports for senior leadership.
