Job summary

Gate Gourmet, a gategroup company, is seeking a Senior Data & Performance Analyst to drive operational performance improvements for a major airline customer in NA. The role combines data analytics, reporting, and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid environment; travel about 50% is required.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data analytics or performance management, strong KPI reporting experience, and customer-facing skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• At least seven (7) years of professional work experience in data analytics, performance improvement, operations, or related fields.
• Experience developing KPI and performance reports for executive or regional audiences.
• Customer-facing experience; aviation catering or similar industry background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate data outcomes into customer-specific action plans to drive operational performance recovery and improve KPI outcomes.
• Monitor performance factors to identify early indicators and develop recovery plans to prevent escalation.
• Collaborate with station leadership, MPS and MOD to ensure aligned action plans across departments and airline customers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to align demand data with labor, materials, and production planning to reduce waste and service failures.
• Lead performance discussions with senior airline executives and internal leadership to drive accountability and results.
• Prepare and present end-to-end performance reports for airline customers across stations and in QBRs and calls.
