Job summary

This hybrid role combines commercial and operations tasks, translating insights into action plans, coordinating with Supply Chain, station leadership, and cross-functional teams, and building performance reports to drive continuous improvement and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; six years of ops/data analytics experience may substitute.
• Seven+ years of data analytics and performance improvement experience.
• Customer-facing and airline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate data outcomes into customer-specific action plans to drive performance.
• Monitor performance factors and develop recovery plans to protect KPIs.
• Collaborate with station leadership and cross-functional teams to align actions.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews.
