The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data analytics and performance improvement, with customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; 7+ years in data analytics/ performance improvement in operations.
• 7+ years in data analytics and process improvement, ideally in airline catering.
• Customer-facing experience and KPI reporting for executives are required.

Responsibilities

• Translate data outcomes into customer action plans to drive performance.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to align initiatives.
• Prepare and present end-to-end airline performance reports across stations.
• Lead recovery plans and escalation for performance issues.
