Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience.
• Proven full lifecycle growth and capture in government contracting.
• 6+ years leading or supervising business development, capture, or growth teams.
• Strong relationships with Air Force/Space Force or Federal Civilian customers.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead disciplined execution of services, products, and contract deliverables.
• Oversee contract execution to meet performance, schedule, cost, and profitability goals.
• Lead growth strategies and capture across Air Force, Space Force, and Federal Civilian portfolios.
• Develop competitive win strategies and pricing inputs with executive leadership.
• Align BD, capture, and operations for scalable growth.
