Job summary

Sun Chemical is seeking a Director of AI Transformation & Intelligent Business Enablement to drive the enterprise AI strategy across commercial, manufacturing, and functional areas. The role will translate AI capabilities into measurable business value and scale successful initiatives within a global, matrixed organization.

The candidate will lead governance, ROI tracking, and capability-building programs while partnering with HR and business leaders to shape workforce needs and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business/strategy transformation or technology leadership.
• Proven AI/ML program/CoE experience.
• Strong business acumen to translate AI into value.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of AI governance and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.
• Lead a federated AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Partner with leaders to quantify AI opportunities and ROI.
• Assess workforce impacts and future skills needs.
• Develop AI governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Establish controls for AI-related risks.
• Scale pilots to enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Deliver AI literacy programs for leadership and staff.
• Build the business case and KPI tracking for AI investments.
• Coordinate AI strategy across Sun Chemical and DIC groups.
