• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and agentic capabilities.
• Experience mapping user journeys and redesigning complex operational workflows.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence across Strategy, Product, IT, and Field teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a unified AI-native customer strategy across the organization.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, IT, and Engineering to inform product enhancements for customer health.
• Oversee UAT to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Develop change management plans and diagnose system friction with end-user insights.
• Map user journeys in an AI environment and tailor execution plans for end-user groups.
