Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director, Strategy and Operations of Account Health Management to drive an 80:20 strategic mindset with hands-on execution. You will design future operating models, redesign workflows, and lead AI tool implementations across enterprise accounts.

You will align cross-functional stakeholders, ensure adoption of AI-native workflows, and oversee change management, user journeys, and end-to-end deployment across end-user groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in top-tier consultancy or leadership roles in customer success or revenue operations.
• Proven ability to translate abstract mandates into structured execution plans.
• Experience overseeing AI-native tool implementations and workflow automations.
• Familiarity with AI-native workflows and agentic capabilities.
• Experience mapping user journeys and redesigning complex operational workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional influence across Strategy, Product, IT, and Field teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a unified AI-native strategy for serving customers.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, IT, and Engineering to inform product enhancements for account health.
• Oversee UAT to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI-native tools and enablement resources across end-user groups.
