Job summary

Arnold & Itkin LLP seeks an experienced AI Strategist to define and lead the firm's AI strategy, collaborating with leadership, attorneys, and business teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.

This role oversees AI governance, client intake, marketing, and operations, influencing how AI is used across the firm. You will build the strategy from the ground up and drive cross-functional adoption.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute a firm-wide AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal and business workflows through AI and automation.
• Evaluate, select, and help implement AI platforms and technology vendors.
• Partner with attorneys and business leaders to drive adoption of AI tools.
• Establish appropriate AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible-use practices.
• Measure the impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
• Advise firm leadership on emerging AI capabilities, opportunities, and risks.
• Significant experience in AI strategy, applied AI, technology innovation, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to take AI initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, automation, and enterprise AI technologies.
• Strong business judgment and executive communication skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
