Job summary

Arnold & Itkin is seeking an experienced AI Strategist to define and lead the firm's artificial intelligence strategy. This role collaborates with firm leadership, attorneys, and business teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into practical, measurable solutions across litigation, research, client intake, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in AI strategy, digital transformation, and governance, with strong executive communication

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI strategy from concept to implementation.
• Ability to identify high-value AI opportunities in legal/business workflows.
• Experience evaluating AI platforms and vendors.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and driving change.
• Knowledge of governance, privacy, security, and responsible-use practices.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a firm-wide AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI and automation.
• Evaluate, select, and implement AI platforms and vendors.
• Partner with attorneys and business leaders to drive adoption of AI tools.
• Establish AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible-use practices.
• Measure ROI and impact of AI initiatives.
• Advise leadership on emerging AI capabilities, opportunities, and risks.
