Job summary

Regal, based in New York City (HQ Midtown), is seeking a Manager of AI Strategy & Deployment to lead customer launches and direct a team of Forward Deployed Engineers bringing our AI Agents to life in production.

You will own the overall customer strategy, align stakeholders, shape execution plans, and ensure measurable impact within the first two weeks. This role offers a hybrid in‑office setup in NYC and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience in technical, customer‑facing, or product leadership roles.
• 2+ years leading high‑performing technical teams (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineers).
• Experience managing enterprise customer deployments and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Commercially minded with renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy impact.
• Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Relentless ownership mindset with hands‑on leadership.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, and light‑coding (JS, Python).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to‑end customer delivery from kickoff to go‑live, overseeing multiple launches at once while ensuring quality, velocity, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, reviewing work, unblocking challenges, and helping prioritize initiatives.
• Define success metrics and ensure every AI Agent drives measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, AI, and Customer Success to translate deployment insights into roadmap priorities and playbooks.
• Define and refine Regal’s playbook for implementation excellence.
• Drive growth and strategic impact by owning revenue‑generating initiatives and expanding AI adoption.
• Travel ~1 week per month for key customer launches and reviews.
