Job summary

Partner with leading model providers and design partners to establish F5 as the definitive leader in enterprise AI security, shaping strategy across MCP gateways and agentic identity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading PMs.
• 10+ years of product management in enterprise cybersecurity or cloud security.
• 2+ years in AI/ML platforms or AI security.
• Familiarity with AI guardrails, MCP, and secure agentic platforms.
• Experience designing software pricing strategies and sales enablement.
• BS or MS in CS/CE; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI Security PMs with high technical rigor.
• Own strategic, high-complexity product areas and multi-year roadmaps.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and GTM alongside engineering, sales, and partners.
