Job summary

Zoom is seeking a leader to own end-to-end search strategy, combining traditional SEO with AI-powered answer engines. You will establish unified infrastructure, metrics, and standards to ensure Zoom appears across all search surfaces, from Google to AI chat interfaces, and deliver measurable visibility growth.

You will collaborate with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing to build a unified content strategy, governance, and scorecard, driving pipeline and revenue impact

Qualifications

• Leads technical SEO functions at scale including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Builds/operates AI-search visibility programs using platforms like Profound or equivalents.
• Communicates strategy to executives and stakeholders with impact on performance metrics.
• Demonstrates experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• Familiar with AI-visibility tracking platforms and citation-influence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO team and roadmap for Zoom’s discoverability.
• Develop AI-search visibility strategy for generative AI surfaces (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
• Establish and track share-of-answer metrics reporting to executives and board.
• Partner with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing to align content architecture.
• Develop a unified search scorecard translating organic and AI metrics into pipeline impact.
