Convergent Research seeks a senior leader to build and own a portfolio of AI resilience initiatives. You will recruit founders, guide technical roadmaps, and shape startup-like operations within a nonprofit context.

You’ll work with philanthropic and public funders, raise capital, and help set the strategic direction across FROs and related projects. Strong governance and fundraising experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and leading AI resilience initiatives.
• Track record raising funds and managing budgets.
• Experience with governance, boards, and nonprofit leadership.

Aufgaben

• Define and own a portfolio of FROs and AI resilience projects.
• Source, diligence, and fund new ideas with funders.
• Recruit founders, coach roadmaps, and stand up startup ops from zero.
• Serve as a Director on FRO boards and guide funding and strategy decisions.
• Represent Convergent to philanthropic and public funders.
