Pfizer is seeking a Director for GH&B AI-Ready Data Foundation & Governance to own the Snowflake-based data warehouse and data governance across manufacturing, commercial, supply and pricing data. You will drive ontologies, data quality, and AI-enabled analytics, working with GH&B and enterprise teams as a hands-on individual contributor.

You will manage production reliability for data apps, enforce enterprise standards, and lead contingent resources to deliver trusted data products

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or higher, or Master/PhD with corresponding experience.
• Experience in data architecture, management, engineering, or governance in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven track record building enterprise data warehouses or AI-ready platforms like Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and Python with production coding experience.
• Experience with unstructured data extraction and metadata strategies for AI.
• Hands-on data cataloging, lineage and governance tooling (e.g., Collibra).
• Ability to enforce data governance standards in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the GH&B AI Ready Data Warehouse (Snowflake) and its data model for AI/ML use cases.
• Establish ontologies and semantic relationships across GH&B data domains.
• Own end-to-end data governance and quality monitoring with enterprise standards.
• Ensure production reliability for data apps like Athena, NEO, and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and drift, coordinate with AI/ML and analytics teams.
• Implement version control and testing for warehouse, ontology, dashboards, and models.
• Manage role-based access and protect sensitive data with Legal/Privacy input.
• Maintain docs and runbooks; partner with enterprise tech to align architecture.
• Direct contingent contractor resources and ensure delivery of data products.
