Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Data Platform & Operations Engineer to expand the Pfizer Global Supply OPS platform. You will drive adoption, coordinate data products across sites, and contribute to real-time data integration from shop-floor to a Snowflake-based data lake.

Strong data warehousing, SQL, and cloud skills are essential. The role partners with Digital Manufacturing, Site teams, and Enterprise Analytics to onboard high-value use cases and ensure governance, metadata, and secure data sharing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant data/platform experience.
• Experience shaping data products, data models, and shared data services.
• Experience influencing platform priorities and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern data warehousing, cloud platforms, and DataOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization of the PGS OPS platform across Manufacturing and Quality.
• Develop adoption plans to expand platform usage and data product reuse.
• Identify capability gaps and partner with Digital to deliver enhancements.
• Define and deliver reusable data products aligned to manufacturing and quality concepts.
• Apply domain knowledge to shape useful data products for production and quality.
