Job summary

Cisco Systems seeks a strategic leader to shape route-to-market initiatives and partner programs across its product portfolio. You will collaborate with Product, Partner, and Sales teams to translate market insights into actionable RTM strategies that accelerate growth and maximize partner value.

The role requires a proven track record in commercial strategy, SaaS/AI monetization, and building high-performing teams in AI-enabled environments with a global scope.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commercial strategy, program management, or sales operations within a technology or B2B environment.
• 5+ years of experience in designing commercial business models, including SaaS, AI product monetization, and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience leading and delivering results within a fast-paced, AI-operated organizational environment.
• Leadership experience with a track record of building and coaching high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute route-to-market strategy with Product, Partner, and Sales teams.
• Drive partner program development and governance aligned with product strategy.
• Develop and monitor strategic metrics including Partner NPS and revenue performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of strategic priorities and protect partner revenue.
• Influence senior Cisco stakeholders on cross-Cisco priorities and opportunities.
