• Experience negotiating a formal shared-capacity or co-delivery model with an internal IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, multi-tenant AI services for product teams.
• Operate the AI platform as an internal product with roadmap and SLAs.
• Chair the AI Center of Excellence operating cadence.
• Decide build/buy/rent for AI capabilities and halt internal builds.
• Own reference architecture and enforce standards across AI initiatives.
• Own AI gateway, routing, and observability layer.
• Lead delivery pods with IT under a shared-capacity agreement.
• Rationalize AI platform estate and vendor spend.
• Ensure production reliability for AI applications.
