Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus extensive PM experience in regulated software/health tech.
- Track record shipping AI-enabled products with real adoption across discovery to lifecycle.
- Experience delivering software under design controls (ISO 13485, IEC 62304) and managing AI/ML product lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Define intended use and claims for AI-enabled features, and own product requirements, roadmap, and lifecycle.
- Define AI-enabled product portfolio strategy and investment sequence across therapy/workflow.
- Build and defend the business case and commercial model for AI-enabled features.
- Validate product-market fit with clinicians, customers, and partners before scaling.
- Own adoption, analytics, user feedback, and value realization post-launch.
- Evaluate ecosystem, licensing, and partnerships to drive differentiated value.
- Partner with Clinical & Evidence AI on workflow features; manage the shipped product while ensuring clinical correctness of guidance.
