Job summary

Cisco is looking for a Director of Sales Engineering for the Americas to lead the technical sales strategy for the AI Infrastructure & Connectivity portfolio. You will influence market direction, drive technical wins through validations, and build a high-performing, inclusive team.

The role requires deep expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and data center architectures, with a track record of partnering with executives and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or tech leadership in networking/data center/cloud/AI.
• Experience leading large dispersed Sales Eng/Solutions Architect teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and partners.
