Cisco is seeking a Director of Sales Engineering for the Americas to lead the technical sales strategy for AI Infrastructure & Connectivity. You will act as the primary technical voice, drive high-stakes validations, and build a high-performing, inclusive team across geographies.

In this role, you will align technical vision with business goals, cultivate strategic partnerships, and shape Cisco’s leadership in AI and cloud-native networking throughout the Americas region.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 10+ years of progressively responsible sales engineering or technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture teams.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, industry analysts, and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities
