Doceree USA seeks a Director/Sr. Director - Sales (Media Solutions) to drive growth with leading pharma brands and healthcare agencies, selling data-driven programmatic solutions to reach verified healthcare professionals at scale.

This role sits at the crossroads of healthcare, media and technology, enabling pharma brands to engage the right doctors at the right time through our platform. You will own the full sales cycle and help shape our next wave of innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic, or advertising sales within pharma, life sciences or healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and expand strategic partnerships with leading pharma brands and healthcare agencies.
• Build and nurture relationships with leading healthcare agency partners including IPG/Omnicom, Publicis Health Media, WPP, and others.
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value, long-term partnerships.
• Consistently exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Sell innovative HCP programmatic, EHR-triggered, and point-of-care solutions connecting pharma brands with healthcare professionals.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, and internal teams to ensure campaign execution and measurable results.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across data, premium media inventory, and orchestration solutions.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to Product and Leadership to influence strategy.
