Job summary

Amplitude, the leading AI analytics platform, is seeking a Director of Product Management for AI & Growth. You will set the vision and roadmap for AI agents, MCP and headless capabilities, driving adoption across the platform.

You’ll own strategy, pricing, and how customers integrate our AI solutions in coding environments, chat tools, and other platforms. You’ll lead a high-performing team of product managers and designers, collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales and Engineering, and act as

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 3+ years leading teams.
• 2+ years building AI products, shipping agentic solutions.
• Track record launching 0-to-1 products and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI product vision and roadmap for agents and headless capabilities.
• Lead verticalization strategy with industry-focused agents and workflows.
• Own the growth engine: activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Define quality benchmarks, evals, and governance for AI safety.
• Shape pricing/packaging with Finance, Marketing and Sales.
• Build and coach a high-performing PM/design team.
• Be the voice of AI & Growth to customers, analysts and partners.
