Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, engineering, CS, data science or related field.
• 8+ years AI engineering experience with product strategy, roadmap development and delivery.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable AI/product solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership across Engineering, Innovation, Design, Data Science, Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of AI foundations enabling use cases.
• Define and implement scalable agentic AI foundational system, standards, and practices.
• Partner with product, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams to align with enterprise priorities.
• Oversee teams building reusable platform services, tools, and components.
• Drive modernization and integration to connect existing systems with AI capabilities.
• Monitor operations and feedback to identify improvements and optimize performance.
• Establish operating models, governance, and support processes for AI delivery.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and investment needs to senior leaders.
