You’ll shape industry programs that translate platform capabilities into pipeline-driving initiatives and collaborate across product, sales, and demand generation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3–5+ years in telecommunications or vertical marketing.
• Deep familiarity with the telecommunications industry and ability to speak telco language.
• Proven track record building industry/vertical programs that influence pipeline.
• Strong understanding of buyer psychology and what drives telco budget decisions.
• Experience translating complex platform capabilities into clear business narratives.
• AI experience shaping research, messaging, and content workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Own the industry narrative for Telecom, defining ServiceNow's point of view and messaging.
• Build buyer-specific messaging for CIOs, COOs, and other telco executives.
• Set an AI-first standard across the marketing team and content workflows.
• Drive pipeline by translating narratives into demand-gen plays.
• Lead an AI-embedded content engine for research, drafting, personalization, and distribution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends using AI-enabled listening and synthesis.
• Represent ServiceNow at events, analyst briefings, and customer forums.
