Job summary

Gilead is seeking a Director, Field AI & GPro Enablement to advance AI-driven field capabilities for HIV programs. The role leads strategy, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered pre-call and post-call solutions and oversees GPro platform enhancements.

You will serve as the primary liaison across sales, marketing, IT, and data science, defining product roadmaps, measuring outcomes with KPIs, ensuring data quality, and upholding responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience (BS/BA) or 10+ years (MS/MA/MBA) in AI, digital transformation, business analysis, or related fields.
• Proven product management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of AI-powered pre-call/post-call solutions and GPro platform enhancements to optimize field planning, execution, and commercial outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders across sales, marketing, IT, and data science; define roadmaps and drive adoption.
