14+ years with a Bachelor's, 13+ with a Master's, or 12+ with a PhD in computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields; recent hands‑on experience developing AI systems; extensive leadership in applied AI/ML organizations; deep knowledge of foundation models, LLMs, MLOps, and enterprise AI standards; experience in regulated environments.
experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, knowledge of clinical workflows, interoperability protocols, and biomedical data; external industry engagement.
focus on clinical development data, real-world evidence, biomarkers, safety, and regulatory workflows; emphasis on scalable, production AI solutions in a GxP context.
