Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Technology Support Director, Tech Control Transformation Lead to drive stability and modernization of controls across AI-enabled workflows within the Consumer & Community Bank technology team. You will shape strategy, lead teams, and implement controls-as-code with end-to-end accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology operations or service delivery within large-scale environments.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows with governance and auditability in production.
• Ability to set priorities, define escalation paths, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure across on-premises and cloud.
• Strong command of risk, controls, and compliance in technology environments.
• Proven track record of driving automation and control modernization.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage multiple technology support areas to enable end-to-end service delivery for business operations.
• Lead transformation from reactive remediation to a productized control operating model with clear intake and delivery mechanics.
• Redesign technology controls for AI-enabled workflows with guardrails and accountability.
• Set governance and reuse-first expectations for enterprise AI adoption and incident insights.
• Establish control patterns and guardrails across identity, change, monitoring, and data controls.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management with evidence capture and auditability.
• Modernize traceability and evidence collection through controls-as-code and automated signals.
• Monitor production environments for anomalies and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Define operating rhythms to remove blockers and improve control and service performance.
