PHIL is hiring a Director of Operational & Quality Excellence to build a scalable quality platform using automation and AI. You will own the quality strategy across patient support, pharmacists, and technicians, working with Engineering and Product to embed controls in the workflows.

Reporting to the VP of Operational Excellence, you will lead a ~10-person team, drive real-time quality improvements, and provide executive visibility into error drivers and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational quality, quality engineering, or process improvement in a high-volume environment.
• 5+ years leading and building a team or function.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI, LLM, or automation tools to solve a quality or operational problem.
• Experience shifting work from manual review to embedded controls in systems with engineering partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive results across teams with data-driven narratives to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a quality roadmap with AI-enabled monitoring.
• Own quality for operational workflows and the platform, including test automation and release validation.
• Design and standardize processes at the point of work across patient support, pharmacist, and technician teams.
• Establish an escalation framework with clear ownership, dates, and action plans.
• Lead a tenured quality/engineering team and provide executive visibility into quality metrics.
