Job summary

Corning seeks a senior leader in Business Development to drive growth for AI infrastructure opportunities. You will establish executive relationships with customers and partners, align cross‑functional teams, and shape strategy across global ecosystems to accelerate technology adoption and revenue opportunities.

The role demands a deep understanding of semiconductor, optics, and data center markets, with a proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable plans and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced technical/business degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, product strategy, technical sales, or commercial leadership.
• Experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, optical connectivity, advanced packaging, data center, or related technology markets strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing strategic partnerships and driving new business opportunities in complex technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth strategies across PCS and DCBU businesses.
• Identify and advance strategic opportunities across AI infrastructure ecosystems and related platforms.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders globally.
• Engage with chip companies, foundries, OSATs, system providers, hyperscalers, and technology partners.
• Triangulate information across global teams to synthesize customer needs, market trends, and roadmap inputs into actionable plans.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering, architecture, product management, operations, sales, and marketing to align priorities.
