Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Director of Product Management for ZIA in a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. You will shape the ZIA offering including Zero Trust Firewall, DNS Security, and IPS, collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer success to drive market success.

You will engage customers to gather feedback, oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, and act as the internal SME, empowering sales with training and support.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions
• Proven track record in product management with a focus on cybersecurity solutions
• Technical proficiency with Firewall, IPS, DNS, SSL/TLS inspection, Proxy Architecture, SWG, and HTTP/S at scale
• Deep understanding of SSE and SASE market landscape
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Define and drive ZIA offering including Zero Trust Firewall, DNS Security, IPS and new platform initiatives
• Work with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure success
• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide training and support to sales and cross-functional teams
