Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Designer in a Hybrid role. You will lead end-to-end design for complex cybersecurity workflows, collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and AI teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.

The role emphasizes AI-powered design, design systems evolution, and mentoring junior designers. You will translate concepts into prototypes using AI tools and Figma, while ensuring scalable, usable interfaces across Zscaler’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI-native mindset with daily use of AI tools to enhance design, build, documentation, and iteration workflows.
• 8+ years of UX and/or Product Design experience, including at least 5 years designing for enterprise or B2B products.
• Strong product design portfolio showing shipped, world-class UX for complex enterprise products using tools like Figma or Sketch.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex, data-dense enterprise cybersecurity workflows across multiple Zscaler products, from discovery through implementation and iteration.
• Design intuitive experiences for highly technical, configuration-heavy environments, balancing usability, clarity, scalability, and power.
• Translate concepts into working prototypes and implementation-ready solutions, using AI tools alongside Figma to accelerate ideation, design exploration, and front-end code generation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content Design, Research, Data Science, and AI teams to define problems, align requirements, and deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Evolve design systems, UX standards, and AI-native design practices while maintaining a high bar for quality and mentoring junior team members.
