Responsibilities

• Define AI-assisted and AI-led V&V reference architecture.
• Shape future-state V&V operating model around AI and predictive analytics.
• Lead AI-assisted value stream mapping across requirements, design, and release readiness.
• Modernize test frameworks with scalable automation and AI-enabled testing.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and governance for V&V toolchains.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Define data structures to enable AI insights and closed-loop intelligence.
• Establish governance, standards, and reuse practices.
• Translate technical concepts into executive-ready business cases.
• Engage with product teams to align testing with product goals.
