Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead AI-driven automotive software testing and validation in a cutting-edge engineering environment. This contract role focuses on ensuring the performance, safety and reliability of intelligent vehicle systems.

You will design test strategies using tools like dSPACE, CANoe, CANape, DIVA and Open Test; develop automated scripts in Python, JavaScript and CAPL; and collaborate cross-functionally to drive quality improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
• 8+ years in automotive software testing or validation.
• Certification in ISTQB or IREB preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AI systems, data pipelines, and test automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies for AI and automotive software systems.
• Lead validation efforts for data-driven vehicle technologies.
• Utilize testing tools (dSPACE, CANoe, CANape, DIVA, Open Test).
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, JavaScript, CAPL.
• Analyze test coverage, defect trends and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve quality.
