Qualifications

• Experience leading global Quality Engineering teams is required.
• Proven success driving test automation and quality transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the software quality strategy for the Fire Solutions BU.
• Lead and develop global Software Quality Assurance teams across multiple locations.
• Evolve quality standards, processes, tools, and governance across product development organizations.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Lead adoption of AI-driven quality engineering capabilities and test automation across domains.
