Job summary

Meta seeks a Director of Product Management for the Integrity Measurement team in New York. You will translate product metrics into strategy, lead AI-native measurement initiatives, and oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers.

You will set vision, drive execution from concept to launch, and collaborate with senior leadership to scale AI-driven integrity across Meta's product suite.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
• 10+ years collaborating with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 8+ years hiring, managing and developing contributors and leaders.
• Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape transformative, long-term opportunities across multiple product areas.
• Set vision and strategy influencing Meta's direction; drive consensus across orgs.
• Lead ideation, development and launch of AI-native products and experiences.
• Scale AI best practices and responsible use across teams with measurable impact.
