Job summary

Meta is seeking an engineering director to join the Central Integrity team in New York. You will lead a highly technical organization to design AI-enabled measurement platforms and trusted metrics that help safeguard billions of users across Meta’s platforms.

The role requires a strong track record of scaling engineering teams, partnering with product and data science, and driving AI-driven transformations while delivering reliable, impact-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, frontend/UI focus.
• 7+ years in engineering management including managing engineers.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations, recruiting and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the engineering strategy for Integrity Measurement Platform, focusing on AI and LLM-powered measurement.
• Lead engineering and research talent to build trusted, customer-first measurement platforms and metrics.
• Partner with senior leaders across Central Integrity, apps, and Monetization to shape strategy and inform decisions.
• Drive technical vision for LLM-powered measurement and AI agents that explain metric changes.
• Attract, develop, and retain engineering talent with a high bar for reliable platforms.
