Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical software engineering experience.
• 7+ years in engineering management, including managers.
• Proven success delivering large-scale ML initiatives with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and support multiple ML engineering teams.
• Define and execute engineering strategy and multi-team roadmaps.
• Scale organizations by attracting and developing engineers and managers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science to ensure outcomes.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional risks and blockers.
