The role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, scale, and cross-org collaboration to advance child safety, fraud prevention, identity verification, and emerging frontier threats.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years of engineering management experience, including managing engineering managers.
• Track record of building and scaling engineering organizations, including recruiting, developing, and managing engineers and leaders.
• Experience forming cross-functional partnerships with product, design, and data science.
• Experience reasoning with metrics, data, statistical uncertainty, bias, and trade-offs.
• Experience with integrity, trust and safety, or content moderation systems.
• Experience leading teams through platform/tooling transitions, including AI-powered capabilities.
• Commitment to protecting people and businesses, making platforms safer.
• Experience applying AI and LLMs to measurement, analytics, or data platform challenges.
