Job summary

PayPal seeks a seasoned product leader to own its AI Assistant platform, shaping strategy across engineering, design, and global markets. You will guide end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, balancing innovative design with regulatory and customer needs.

You will use data and analytics to drive decisions, define metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features while ensuring profitability and rapid time-to-market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience leading others.

Responsibilities

• Establish a shared vision across the company for one or more products or a platform product enabling development & scalability.
• Leads product strategy development with cross-functional stakeholders and clear execution views.
• Influences architectural roadmap while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, and profitability.
• Champions customer experience, prioritizing customer needs in product requirements.
• Defines metrics to inform product success, usability studies, and market analysis.
• Drive data-driven decision making with analytics, market research, and competitive analysis.
